2 out of 5 stars Administrative Problem   May 6, 2007

Took 5 months to receive 1st issue. There are much better cooking mags available. I enjoy her TV shows and am a general fan of Rachael but can not recommend a subscription to this publication.

1 out of 5 stars A magazine for people who don't eally cook   April 11, 2007

I hate to be the spoiler here but I have yet to find a decent recipe in either her magazine or any of her books. I think her recipe "lingo" is really annoying and condescending ("just eyeball it") and her food is pedestrian and bland. The magazine itself is pretty to look at, well edited, and some of the features are interesting. But if you're looking for great food, subscribe to Bon Appetit or Food & Wine. I think this is aimed toward fans of her show and her "tries-to-hard-to-be-cute" banter. Too bad Oprah didn't want to promote Giada or Ina instead.

5 out of 5 stars Subcription   February 24, 2007

I just love this magazine, it was given as a gift - but the problem is with the subsription. When ordered and when Gift Card received, it stated 10 issues - when in reality it was only for 7 issues.

5 out of 5 stars Love for this Mag from a non-Rachael Fan!   January 19, 2007

I admit, I have never watched more than 5 minutes of a Rachael Ray show, she is just too cute and too grating for my tastes. I wrote her off and avoided everything to do with her....Until...

One Day at the Dentist's Office I picked up the magazine and flipped through it. Woah, I loved the recipes! I loved the time saving ideas! I also loved the reviews, travels, and other contents in the magazine. Now, I am a bona fide subscriber. Maybe I just could not handle Rachael's voice but her magazine is great and fits a busy persons lifestyle. I especially adore the tear out 7 day meal plan with grocery list. It makes meal planning a snap! I do substitute many of the meat recipes with soy versions. I find the recipes are perfect for those of us who enjoy fun, tasty, slightly gourmet meals but want to keep the preparation simple & fast.

Try out an issue if you are a non-Rachael Fan. You may just like it!

5 out of 5 stars AWESOME!   December 25, 2006
I love this magazine! It's got a little bit of everything in it. She even cooks for her dog. What's not to like?
