Broken Promises November 4, 2006
I was hopeful that this would be a means to buy products that either were not available at all locally or to buy them at a better price. What I didn't expect was that I should be concerned about the physical condition of the item. In fact, about 1/3 of each box of crackers were broken into small pieces. Either the bakery or the boxing or the shipping were responsible or maybe all three but I would never have picked up such a box at a grocery store nor do I believe that they even would have been put on the shelf. The cracker pieces had a good flavor but I would never buy these again.
