Felt ripped off...certainly appeared to be larger and of greater quantity than the actual size received. And $11.00 for shipping? Really? It weighs nothing! You know..."buyer beware"

Got this as a gift... loved it! The Chai Latte was great, and the biscotti was the perfect complement. Would recommend this to any tea lover.

Huh. When I ordered mine, I got email from Amazon telling me that it would ship in two days. Seems reasonable to me, they gotta make the thing, right? Then I got an email directly from Art of Appreciation telling me that it would ship THAT DAY, and guess what? It ARRIVED in two days, as beautiful as its photo! Now that's incredible service, AND my grandma loved it - thank you!

Am very dissapointed. Ordered this item on Dec. 1st. and as of today, Dec. 12th it has not been shipped to recipient! Maybe we should go back to stage coach shipping! Would probably be faster! Would not order from Art of Appreciation again.
