 Large Thermal French Press November 16, 2008
We recently discovered the french press method for making coffee. This method is quick and simple and produces a rich cup of coffee. The presses I could find were small and I found myself making many batches when we had guests.
This large french press will make enough coffee to serve 5-6 people with one batch. It also keeps the coffee warm for a long period of time. I also found that this press produces a cleaner coffee with fewer grounds getting past the filter. Although a bit pricey, I would recommend this product.

While my only other coffee press experience has been a small 5-cup glass press I used for 6 months in the desert... I'm more than happy with this one! Holds much more, stays hot and easy to clean overall.

I frequently have guests over for coffee, and this is the perfect size so I do not have to brew 2 pots. And it keeps the coffee warm for a significant amount of time.
