This glassware is great. Stable with a thick base but not quite as thick or heavy as similar clear glasses. I have used these for years and they hold up well, having been washed in the dishwasher hundreds of times. The short glasses hold almost as much as the tall ones, so the choice of which to use is mostly your choice.

I got these for christmas, and they are beautiful glasses. Some have complained about durrability, but they seem to be pretty rugged. They are glass of course, so they will break if mishandled. They are not perfect quality, with some portions of the glass thicker than others, but you'd have to look hard to notice that. If you want super high quality, you can pay 4 or 5 times as much. At just over a buck a glass, I'll just get another set if I break too many.
ETA: After a year and 8 months of constant use, the first glass broke when my daughter knocked it off the table. They seem very rugged to me!

I have always loved blue glass and finally went for it. I received the set that was, carefully packed. They are everything I hoped. I am very satisfied. Sturdy without feeling clunky. If this set was sold in a gift shop, it would be $100.00 dollars. Treat them like they are antiques, and someday they will be. Some people have complained about breakage. If they break these, they will break any glass.. Libbey hit a home run with these. Absolutely Beautiful!

I love the color, my family love the size (hold more cola)! We only use them for cold drinks but after nearly 4 years they're all in perfect shape. Personally I wish they were available in 13oz & had a sister set in green. Come on Libby! Please?!
PS, I give 4 stars when I get what I pay for. Five is when I've gotten more!

I bought these because they look beautiful in the picture. I returned them because the glass was thick and not that evenly molded. They just had a cheap feel to them and my wife hated them too.
