Here's an important thing to know about wine:
Serving Temperature is one of the factors that affects the taste of wine and is under your control. Tools that help you control serving temperatuer add to your pleasure. Here are two ways to use this tool-
*You put it around a cold bottle to keep it that way. For instance, if you're carrying white wine to a BYOB or a picnic, the sleeve will keep it at serving temperature. It seems to last for about an hour and a half if it's wrapped with something insulating.
*You put it over a room-temperature bottle of red wine to cool it down to a proper serving temp of around 60-65F.
At this low price, anyone who takes bottles of wine to friends or to restaurants should have one.
