My Oster electric wine opener was a gift. It is not only a wonderful conversation piece, it is actually easy and very quick to use. There is no struggle with a cork screw and it takes about 5-8 seconds to open a bottle. For arthritic hands it is a must. It is compact and fits nicely in its charger on the bar or counter.I would have never bought this for myself thinking it would never work or it would be something else to use once or twice and disregard, but I am so very pleased with this gift, I will consider to purchase this product for others who enjoy a bottle of wine and for those who have arthritis and would enjoy a bottle of wine.

No matter how fancy of opener I buy for my wife she has a hard time using it. She has no problem with this one. One hand on the bottle and one hand on the opener, press the button and presto your done. The charger cradle keeps you full of power and stores it nicely out of the way on my counter. All of our wine drinking friends love it. I know what they are getting as their next gift.

I love this product! I bought one for myself during the summer and ordered 5 more for gifts at Christmas. Everyone loved them. I have arthritis in my hands and have a hard time with the conventional openers.

I absolutley love this wine opener! Not only does it look cool on my kitchen counter, but it works like a dream! Once it's charged it opens about 30 bottles of wine, so you can leave it sitting out if you want w/out it being plugged in. All you do is align it to the bottle, hold the bottle firmly, and press the down button until it stops - that's it! Once the cork is out of the bottle, simply press the up button until the cork comes right out!
