 Great Whipped Cream! October 3, 2008
My kids love whipped cream, but I don't like the ingredients found in store bought whipped cream. Using the iSi Cream Whipper, you can add your own flavors to your whipping cream or just use the whipping cream plain. Totally natural, no ingredients you can't pronounce and don't want in your body! Great, fresh taste.

These little N2O chargers are a great idea. We often make whipped cream for sundaes or fruit. But I found how wonderful these -really- are by accident. One day, my wife made whipped cream and I thought I'd just eat it right out of the whipper. I stuck the nozzle in my mouth and pulled the handle. My mistake - no whipped cream came out. Instead I got a huge lungful of the gas. At first I thought I'd been poisoned but then I realized that I felt like I was floating above the kitchen. I looked down at our stainless-steel Kenmore appliances as if from a vantage point near the ceiling. My wife was nattering on about the kids but all I heard head was a throbbing wowwww-wowwww-wowwww sound. I felt happy, and had to fight to stop laughing.
Needless to say, since then 'whipped cream' has become quite a habit around our house. I use a 10-pack most weekdays, and a 24-pack on weekends. If we have boorish dinner guests I'll sneak off to the kitchen or the bathroom with the whipped cream dispenser and emerge happy and smiling.
The only down-side is that I find I'm forgetting things. Where I put my car keys, my birthday, even the kids' names. But it seems like a small price to pay for happiness in a bottle.

Because of my allergies to most foods, I buy everything organic. I bought this Whip Cream charger so I could make my own homemade organic whip cream. I also like adding chocolate, vanilla or orange extract for flavored whip creams. One little half pint of organic heavy whipping cream gave enough to last me a week! The charger works excellent! It's easy, it works, it gives just the right consistancy and you can use the cream down to the last drop, with no running at the end or beginning at all. I would recommend this product to anyone.

this is great when used with the iSi Cream Whipper. I don't really care for whipped cream, but I love gadgets, so I bought the Cream Whipper after seeing it in action at my sister's house. There have been a few "duds" I've gotten during the 20 years that I've had my Cream Whipper, and there was one that got set off without being properly connected and startled me with how cold the compressed gas is as it expands. However, I wasn't hurt, and overall, I've been pleased with the performance of the product.
