The rack is everything I expected. It's not damaged and arrived in a timely fashion. The only thing I didn't like about it is that you can't really travel with it because everything would just fall out. Other than that, its ok.

The Earring Organizer is great--just what I needed for all the earrings that I have. It saves space and displays my earrings in a great way. I don't have to search for the pair I am looking for at any given time. The organizer is especially great for post earrings; however it is a little difficult to get others through the display holes. The organizer will not hold earrings over 1 1/2 inches long or in diameter.
Overall, it is a great product and I am satisfied. It looks great on my shelving unit. I am contemplating purchasing the necklace holder and bracelet holder that compliments the earring organizer.

Some earrings cannot be stored using this item, but it's great for post and some dangly earrings. Love how it folds up for space saving. Good quality product. My earrings that have the hinged backs won't fit on here, but I am satisfied for the price I paid.
