I love this! It just sits on the counter, ready to go, and is the easiest corkscrew I have ever used. Comes with a great foil cutter, and cork pulling couldn't be easier. Press a button and it's out, press again and the cork is released. You have to have a good grip on the bottle when pulling the cork, but definitely does not need any great strength to handle. I would recommend this item to anyone!

I used to give my husband the wine bottles to open because I despised it and was lousy at it. There were always cork crumbs that fell in the wine and the scewer would go in sideways. In addition, it took a lot of energy and grip strength to open a bottle. Now, with this gadget, I can open a bottle perfectly, with very little energy, and no cork crumbs in the wine. Even after a few glasses of wine!

I got this opener for a Christmas gift. At first I thought it was just another gadget, but the thing has worked flawlessly. I hope it will last a long time, but it lasts at least a year, I'll buy replacements at this price.

I bought this for my sister-in-law for a Christmas gift. She and her husband do a lot of entertaining and go through a lot of wine. They absolutely love this wine opener and at a recent party everyone was fascinated by it. Now I need to buy one for myself!

didn't know what to expect from a cordless wine opener, but i was pleasantly surprised by this one....works pretty well and pulls the cork out for you, just as advertised....the motor sounds a little weak so i don't know how long it will last but so far, so good...
