I got this for free as a bonus with the purchase of a kaiser Springform pan. I assumed i'd use it once in a while but you know, I find I use this nearly every day! I thought the design of the handle wouldn't be comofrtable but it is amazingly comfy in your hand. Other reviewers have metioned that it can get hot if you are using it to stir hot food items but I haven't found that to be the case. Of course, using a spatula to stir a stockpot full or soup isn't a very common event. I use it to scrape the pan when making scrambled eggs or while melting chocolate in a double boiler and it doesn't get to hot to handle. It's great for the things you usually use a spatula for such as scraping out every last bit of batter from a mixing bowl or for spreading things.
This is simply a great all around Spatuala that is worth the $8. I haven't even used the springofrm pan this came with yet! But I use the spatuala every day. I'm so happy to have it. It's sturdy, rinses clean and feels comfortable in your hand. It's worth every penny.

I received this as a promotional item with the purchase of a Kaiser product and just love it! It's comfortable to use, but with the handle being of metal it can get hot it you are not careful. Great for scraping bowls etc. and a snap to clean too!

I got several very nice Trudeau spatulas, but I end up using this one all the time!! I found it's very easy to use and easy to clean! Surprisingly, I LOVE it!! HA~HA~~ Now I wish I can give it a 5-star!! The system won't allow me to change the rating!
I have to admit that this is a Good spoon as the silicone is firm and the spoon is very easy to work with. But, with metal handle, I can only use it to scrape the batter off the mixing bowls. The metal handle gets hot if you stir the hot pot for a while. Definitely, I can't leave it on the cooking pot for even a little while, or it will get really hot! This thing is about 11-1/4 long, easy to clean. However, compare to this one, I still love my yellow Trudeau Silicone Spatula more!
