Good buy for the money November 14, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
This wine rack was simple to put together and very sturdy. I suggest using a rubber mallet when building it.
wine storage October 21, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I ordered this and it came the next day. It took me about six leisurely hours to put it together (I'm older) but was a lot of fun. It can be made in any different configurations. I got rid of all the cardboard wine boxes under the stairs. It's hidden because of space i my house but would look good if displayed. I'm very happy with my purchase.
great product, j.k. adams wine rack September 21, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a FABULOUS product. It was SO easy to put together, and so well engineered, and manufactured. AND it's made in AMERICA! It's beautifully designed, the parts are finished well, the whole experience was a pleasure. I got two racks, and they hold 80 bottles of wine beautifully. I wish I had more space and needed more racks, I'd order more immediately. I'm usually hopeless at putting things together, but this was easy!

I received the item when promissed and it was terrific. Easy to assemble and I was using it the day I received it. It is very sturdy, looks good and would highly recommend it.
Great product to store wine... July 21, 2007 5 out of 5 found this review helpful
I loved this wine rack! I bought the 40 bottle one and 2-12 bottle ones to use in a freezer that I converted into a wine cooler by using an separate thermostat to keep the temp at a constant 55 degrees.(one used to make a kegerator for beer.) [Never knew you could do it to make beer let alone to store wine!] I found an article about converting the freezer when I was searching for wine frigs on the internet!)
Anyway, I digress, the wine racks work great! I took out all of the wire shelves from the upright freezer and it now holds 60 bottles of wine! (I bought extra racks because I wasn't quite sure how many bottles would fit in there. I am glad it did!)
It was easy to assemble but it takes a little bit of thinking to figure which pegs to do first. Like someone else wrote, it's kind of like Adult Tinker Toys! I highly recommend them to anyone who needs an easy functional way to store wine. And you can put them together anyway you need them to fit. You can be creative with the space you use them in. And they are sturdy. I even took a hammer to mine to make sure all the pegs were tight enough! I bet it would be fun to paint/stain if you have a special decor idea!
