great product for avid wine drinkers everyday use. look good and are not too delicate to take a little abuse. seem to stain more than some, but can be corrected. have been useing these daily for three years.

My husband is a stickler for red wine glasses . . . they have to be big, they have to let the wine breathe, feel good in the hand, etc. So when I bought these glasses sight unseen, I was taking a risk that he wouldn't like them. But he does! (And I think they're a good value for high-quality glasses.) Highly recommended.

I have been tasting; buying; drinking and investing in wine (incl futures) for nearly 50 years and the Spiegelau Grande Burgundy is my favorite "perfect" wine glass.
Even better @ $4.99 a stem seveal times a year at Sigel's Wine in Dallas when on sale.

I love these wine glasses. My roommate had bought some and after I moved away and I looked everywhere for them until I realized I could order them on Amazon. I like these because I have low cabinet shelves and they fit in my cabinets, where many other red wine glasses are too tall. They are good and fat, plenty of room to swoosh your red wine around in. Great to use for all red wines, in my opinion. The edge of the rim is narrowly tapered (straight edge instead of a rolled rim), which is a sign of a true quality wine glass (so that the wine doesn't get blocked by the rim while leaving the glass. I learned this while researching wine glasses). The only negative thing about them is that they break very easily. I would not dare put them in the dishwasher. I have broken 2 out of 6. But I would still buy them again.

I love the size of these wine glasses and the price. My only complaint would be that they are fragile. I would have liked them to have been made of a thicker glass, however, for the price they are excellent.
