 Great addition to my kitchen! January 19, 2008
I am so pleased with this bar. My kitchen didn't have enough room for a table with chairs and my husband and I didn't want to eat in the dinning room for every meal. We purchased this bar, assembled it, added a couple bar stools and we use it for most every meal when we are not entertaining. Everyone who sees it makes a positive comment about it. My cousin and his wife are now wanting one just like it. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to utilize a small area for eating and additional counter top work area.

Looks like a good product, I do not own it. But I think the height and width dimension are mixed up.
I think it is 54" Wide, and 36" High.

We recieved this item shortly after we ordered it. Unfortunately two pieces were damaged during shipment and had to contact the company to have replacement pieces sent. They were shipped quickly and without hassle. Assembly went fairly smoothly and we ended up with a pretty decent cart/island with good storage space. It looks good in our kitchen and doesn't look flimsy or cheap. We feel like we got a good deal for the money.

The shipping was very speedy but I found two major parts were badly broken when I opened the box to begin the assembly. And I was told that it would take 3 - 7 business days before replacement parts could be shipped to me. I was also overwhelmed by the complexity of the project - it has 36 individual wood pieces plus about 100 pieces of hardware! I decided that between the broken parts, the long shipping time for the replacement parts, and the complexity of assembly that it was not worth it and I returned it.

I ordered this during the free shipping special. It arrived within a week, it was easy to put together. All of the pieces were there and intact. It's a great asset to my kitchen. It's extra storage, counter space and when I want to roll it into the middle of the kitchen I have an island, I can also roll it into the dining room if I need a buffet during a party. It's very versatle.
