I have made more recipes from this cookbook than any other book in my collection. Just the chicken recipes alone are worth it. I was never expecting it to be a favorite when I originally purchased it. My sister now owns it too and has given it a pretty good workout also. Relatively easy with plenty of good photos. You will not regret owning it and no I don't work for Weber.

This book has revealed the mysteries of grilling in a fun, simple format. Each food type is initially presented with a conceptual explanation and then followed by specific recipes which help solidify your plan for what you want to do. The resulting meals are noticably better. The book can then be referenced to refine your grilling technique even more - the author's have pulled off the ultimate guidebook!

My brother has been extolling the recipes and techniques in this book for several years. So, this Father's Day, "Weber's Big Book of Grilling" made the perfect choice for the grilling challenged Dad in our family. Summers will never be the same...gourmet all the way. Maybe it will even be safe to invite some friends for a cookout. If this rings familiar with you, try this book...great recipes, charming pictures, bargain price.

The book was cheapest through Amazon, came in a timely manner and was in great condition. We consider this book the Bible of Grilling, every griller and just starting out griller should own it.

We utilize this book so much in the summer! You can cook your whole meal on the grill and not heat up your kitchen in the summer time. This book has very easy recipes that taste great. I have a herb garden that I get to use so much because a lot of the recipes call for fresh herbs. This was recommended to me from a friend and I have recommended it to other friends. If you love to grill, you'll love this book!
