Having recently started to lose weight, I wanted to find a book that would give me recipes for 'real' and tasty food without the fat, rather than the usual 'something with salad'. This book achieves that beautifully. Some of the cooking methods are a trifle weird, but the results are superb and no-one knows they're low fat recipes! My only criticism would be that there are no photos of the food, but that's only a small thing.
