Although I do think this book was written with good intentions, I found it to be lacking. Most of the restaurants aren't even located near me and most of the foods that shouldn't be eaten are foods that I wouldn't touch with a 10 foot fork anyway! This book should be titled "An idiot's guide to nutrition".

This is a great book for those that go out to eat often. It is colorful, and easy to read. You can quickly look up your favorite eating places and find out what you should be eating and cringe when you have been eating the other high fat and calorie foods. Great book and fun to share with friends.

This book is great for people that want to lose some weight by using some very easy to decipher information. No complcated diets, fads, or protien bars. Basically with this book you loo up what famouls restaurant you might be at to purchase some food and it shows you what items have the most calories and cholesteral. And of course it shows you what are the best foods to eat. Great to keep with you in your car or in your back pack.

This is a great, entertaining book. Although I do not think that following its advice will help you lose weight, it will make you stop and think before your order at your favorite chain restaurant. My entire family enjoyed thumbing through it.
