5 out of 5 stars The Pizza Nazi   March 12, 2000
5 out of 8 found this review helpful

Remember the "Soup Nazi?" Well this adventagious author is not far off, from the Seinfeld episode. His enthusiastic love for pizza has come to us, through the gift of the pen. Not only did I find this book extremely easy to follow; I found that it is also extremely informative. So many styles and flavors, it was a difficult struggle, not to feast for days. From the famous original pizzas, to those of an exotic nature, Dominick A. Deangelis, has "hit the spot." Surely, I would suggest that you pick up a copy. Not only will you be 100% satisfied, but you may also begin a regular Friday night dinner regimen with your family.

5 out of 5 stars The only pizza book for at home cooks   February 19, 2000
I have been using Dom's for 5 years now and it is great. The key to any good pizza is the crust and only Dom's book describes the flour and technique to make a pizzeria quality crust. Whenever we have friends over for Dinner pizza is the meal! The receipes for making sauce are great as well. I would recommend this book to anyone and even non-cooks like me get great results.

5 out of 5 stars Easiest and Best Tasting Pizza You'll Create!   February 15, 2000

My husband and I have been creating pizzas for years using this book. It is easy to follow the recipes and explains how the pizza ingredients affect the taste and quality of the pizza. Our family and friends have also used the book. The pizza is a main staple around our 'group'. We usually have a dough or 2 in the freezer! Everyone we make pizza for raves about it. We have even experimented with our own toppings. The basic dough recipe is a great jumping ground for creative pizza makers but is simple enough for anyone to follow. We highly recommend this book. It makes a great gift too!
