Superior photos, well-tested and flexible recipes makes this book a hit. I've reviewed a few of her recipes from Vegan with a Vengeance book, and all those were great too!

Even if you're not vegan, you've got to try this!

The only book I've seen with recipes for agave nectar as well. That in itself makes it a winner.

I'm not a vegan, but I know tons of 'em, and these recipes will be loved by all, vegan, vegetarian, omni or other. Every Monday at work people ring my desk and ask which cupcakes I've brought in this time.

I've tried multiple recipes fromt his book, the apple cider cupcakes, the rose water cupcakes, your basic chocolate cupcake, fluffly vegan butter cream frosting. All of these recipes worked fantastic! Some cookbooks, it becomes painfully clear that the recipes were never tested. This is far from the case here, the recipes are fool proof if you follow the measurements! The photographs are lush, and the text is full of sass. I had to use the terrible phrase, "even your non vegan friends will love this!' but it is true!

I am trying every recipe, little by little, and so far? I haven't found one I didn't like. YUMMY!
my favorite: rosewater cupcake with rosewater buttercream frosting. to die for!

These cupcakes are seriously delicious and a lot easier than you would expect. I made them for a birthday party and no one could believe they didn't (1) come from a bakery and (2) were vegan. And I had never baked cupcakes before! My first batch was so easy that I tried three other recipes. All delicious.

Isa and Terry - hats off!

I'm in my kitchen pouring over the gorgeous pictures singing "Who can bake a cupcake without the eggs and cream?" to the tune of Candy man. With Isa and Terry life is sweet.
