Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day: The Discovery That Revolutionizes Home Baking I've been baking and cooking for over 40 years and this is the greatest way to have fresh, homemade bread every day; it's so much faster and easier than the standard familiar method of baking yeast breads. I've had bread dough in my refridgerator every day since this book arrived, ready to go. My husband and I love every delicious loaf! I'm a lifelong procrastonater, but there's virtually no work involved in this, and not much in the way of planning either. I've made bread by the hand kneading method as well as in a bread machine but this bread is by far the tastiest and easiest. Very simple instructions and it makes it so easy to have fresh baked bread in a very short time. I highly recommend this book to anyone interested in trying their hand at breadmaking. I've bought several copies as gifts!!

I really enjoy having home made bread baking in the oven and this book makes it easy and quick to do and the breads are delicious. Put the ingredients together, absolutely no kneading required, wait a couple of hours and presto, it's ready to bake. The recipes are mostly for 4-1 pound loaves and the left over dough can be refrigerated for days to weeks and ready for use. I've tried many of these recipes and fine them all to be delicious and enjoyed by all.
