1 out of 5 stars Really, really bad.   July 4, 2008
This book is such a great idea, but so bad in reality. You make up a big batch of dry ingredients and then when ready to make cookies, take an amount of the mixture and add wet ingredients. But the proportions are way off. I tried several of the cookies and they were just terrible. Most of the recipes call for 2.5 cups of the mix and then 1/2 cup of butter or margarine and 1 egg. The dough was always really, really dry, and the flavor was bad as well.
