A fabulous book of recipes! December 9, 2007 This book is a great product. Lots of information and learning tools. Great variety of recipes that are easy to follow.
The best December 1, 2007 I gave this book as a gift and am going to order myself one. My daughter-in-law is thrilled with the book, I love the book and the bread machine gals in the family want the book. Recipes are yum and so easy. Haven't found a bad one yet.

best bread October 23, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have been using this book for a year, and it is definitely one of the best. It has a really nice variety of recipes. There is definitely something for everyone and every occasion in this book. My only objection is the flour measurements are done by cup rather than ounces. Irregardless, I still use a scale for more accurate weights.
New bread every week October 1, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This book has a lot of great recipes; every weekend I make something I haven't made before. They're delicious and fun, and I have yet to make a recipe that didn't work. I just LOVE the strawberry and poppyseed rolls. Every bread recipe has amounts for 2 different sizes of loaves, and there are wonderful illustrations throughout. It's totally worth it.
