This is a great little go-to book for just about anything you need to cook. I originally bought it because I was intrigued by the format and design, and thought it would be nice to flip through. But it turns out this book is full of recipes that can easily be whipped up with things most of us already have on our pantries. I'm an experienced home cook, but appreciate simple, flavorful, foolproof recipes that I can make last minute. I have lots of cookbooks that I love to read, but this is one I actually use. Well done! When are you coming out with the sequel???

Okay, so I've only made one of the recipes in the book....rice pudding. But it worked! I have tried many recipes for rice pudding, and all have failed, becoming more of a rice soup! The book has a nice, small format, which is easy to cart around to the grocery store. I look forward to trying more foolproof recipes.
