Actually had some pretty good recipes October 30, 2008 Easy clean up and pretty easy to use recipes. They could have added a little more as far as the recipes and the book is a little bulky for the amount of recipes in it but the recipes are fabulous. I love the fajitas and I make a black bean dip to put in them and they are fantastic. The nachos are also great. Good book for those wanting easy to follow and easy clean up.

What a wonderful purchase this book is! It's an easy-wipe board book that you will use again and again. Reynolds Cooking With Foil will not only give you a wonderful array of recipes to delight your family and guests, it will delight you, the cook, with not having to be the skullery-maid for hours afterward cleaning up after your culinary efforts.
The book will give you great ideas for "packet cooking," enabling you to not only make delicious meals for the whole gang all at once, but allow everyone in your gang to have it their own way! Imagine that: No onion, extra salt, no salt, and so on. And, it's no trouble at all, following the directions in the book.
There's also directions for cooking on the grill. You can keep small foods like shrimp and veggies from falling through.
The collection of recipes is delightful. Asian peach-glazed ribs to absolutely die for are made with peach preserves ginger, brown sugar, etc. There's no weird ingredients you'll have to hunt for in specialty stores. You can make outrageous recipes with good things prepared very simply.
If you're looking for something unuslal, how about pound cake cooked on the grill?
The book also offers such goodies as pineapple curry chicken, cheese steak, burritos, asparagus with mustard sauce, leg of lamb, enchiladas, baked ziti, BBQ chicken pockets and much, much more.
I definitely recommend that you get this book. It will be a treasured companion in the kitchen to save you time, money, and unnecessary hard work. I love it!
