 Good Ideas, Helpful Step by Step Instructions October 1, 2008
I was excited to purchase this book... professional cookie bouquets are expensive gifts and this books makes it easy to make my own bouquet gifts. I was impressed by the step by step instructions with photos which helped me see exactly how to do the bouquets. The recipes are not hard to make, but take some time to put together for a good presentation. I would recommend this book because of the cute ideas and helpful info.

I too am a little disappointed in the book. I can't decide if I should keep or return the book. The bouquets depicted are ordinary nothing spectacular. The bouquet design arrangements are very typical looking. I thought it would have unique design arrangements that you ordinarily wouldn't see. Book is a good one if you're a novice to cookie bouquets.
