Emergency Food Storage & Survival Handbook November 22, 2008 It is a wonderful book. The contents have been put together really well. Heed it's contents because we never know when something may happen and we will use this information. Store what you eat and eat what you store.
What every family should know! October 20, 2008 Having the piece of mind and knowing you have done everything you can do provide for your family in case of an emergency is priceless. This book is great for that very purpose. Everything a family should know and consider. Whether you have huricanes, earthquakes or tornados, this book gives information on what to store and how much. As well as what is most important. A great read.

Love this book and it really gives you great details on how and what to store, even an inventory sheet and planning guides. With the trend of hyperinflation we need to be sensible and start this program now to be prepared in the future no matter what is to come we will be able to help those that depend on us and people around us due to being prepared. Every family should have a copy of this book.
Helpful, but not quite enough October 17, 2007 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
I've read this, and continue to use it as a reference. While it has a breadth of information useful for planning, what I really missed is a very detailed list of shelf-life for various foods. There are generalized numbers for general food categories, but I'd like much more. If you are truly planning for an emergency, you'll need more than just this book.
