Karen Eagle (an experienced cookbook author, member of Les Dames d'Escoffier, as well as the International Association of Culinary Professions), draws upon her expertise as a cooking teacher and food writer to compile "kitchen cook friendly" recipes for dishes that will please even the most gourmet palate and satisfy any appetite.
