I was hoping to find a cookbook that would have quick, easy to fix recipes but what I found were recipes that require a lot of special ingredients and a lot of time to make them. They may be good recipes but I don't have the time or money to fix them so I'll never know.

I was very disappointed in this book. I have not made any of the recipes in it, and I doubt I will. There were no illustrations, which might have added more appeal. The ingredients were standard, but some of the combinations sounded off to me. If you are looking for a low-fat cookbook, I highly recommend any of the Eating Well cookbooks instead. Those books blow this one out of the water.
