I purchased this book awhile ago and have made about 7 recipes so far and every single one of them have been delicious! This is a great low calorie, low fat book even if you're not doing Weight Watchers but just "watching". I highly recommend for anyone who is looking to cut calories and offer low fat, tasty foods, for their family.

book was received rather quickly. i have not tried the recipes yet, but i am rarely disatisfied with weight watchers products.

Excellent! This one is great for those of us on Weight Watchers who hate to have to figure out points for our meals. this book gives great meals for the 8 point meals! No fuss, no having to guess how many points to track etc. I highly recommend it.

The cookbook had lots of Weight Watcher recipes for 8 points or less. I tried several and found they were quick, easy and tasted good. I liked the book a lot - gave me ways to keep under my daily points.
