I was a skeptic that it was possible to recreate all my junk food favorites in a healthy way - God knows we've all tried those "vegan brownies" made with carob and corn oil or some awful chocolate chip cookie sweetened with apple juice. After trying a few of these recipes, I'm a convert. It's jaw-dropping (and mouth-watering) how much these taste like the real thing - even those Cinnabuns that look DECADENT!

My son has only been willing to eat fast food for most of his life because of his Autism. In fact he refuses to eat with us unless we eat what he eats. I have been searching for recipes like this so that he can have his fast food fix and yet eat healthy. This Book has answered my prayers!! The recipies are great and they REALLY WORK AND TASTE GREAT! Now the whole family can enjoy meals together!! We love it, it's turned out to be great for the whole family because we are all eating healthier now. THANKS TO CHEF DEVIN ALXANDER --THREE CHEERS!!!!!!

This is the dream book for mothers, whose children are "addicted" to certain fast foods! I love the receipes and the simplicity. Tastes fantastic. I think it's genius. This girl has done her homework and we get to reap the benefits. It's cheaper to cook this type of food at home not to speak of the calories - something our children need to be aware of these days. Thanks.
