Perfect gift January 8, 2008 I got this as a gift for my sister after searching online for a long time for a perfect wedding organizer. In general I loved it specially the part about the flowers with the names so that we can order any type of flower depending on the theme and colors. Liked the plastic zipped envelope and the plastic card holder. The registry too, and the honey moon check list among other parts like the guest list, seating cards, invitations, cakes and favors. My sister's wedding date in April 17 so I'm planning to customized the planner for her. Still working on some sections but really happy with what I ordered, in my opinion it's the best in market it's Martha's creation after all :)
Disappointing Quality! December 25, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I purchased this product as a gift to my sister and was severely disappointed to learn that the whole binder was poorly assembled. I relied on the quality of Martha Stewart and her company's products but what I received was the binder clearly fallen out of the bookcover. Unfortunately, I did not learn this until after I gifted the book to my sister as I received the product in pre-shrinked wrap. Again, I would caution consumers from this product as you will be sorely disappointed in its quality.
martha stewart wedding planner November 25, 2007 metal part of binder was already broken and the bottom part was not connected to the cover part, when I received the book, I had read in your reviews that some people had the binders break early on, and mine was broken at the start. the notebook needs to be re-done, otherwise, the book is good.
Hardly a keepsake! September 23, 2007 0 out of 4 found this review helpful
Expensive and disappointing.
The first one I bought broke within a few days (the binder fully detatched from the outer cover). I returned it. The second one was crushed - dog-eared and scruffy. I returned that one too. When finally the third one I bought broke (again the binder detatched), I resorted to a Staples folder with Martha's inserts.
Over-rated, but vaguely useful.
Not for non traditional September 19, 2007 Unlike some of the shared reviews, my book came in perfect condition. However once I looked at it I realized that it was not for me. This is more set up for a coulpe that is having a really tradional wedding. If you want something more simple or you are from a small town, this might not be what you are looking for.
