5 out of 5 stars Hungry Girl Cook Book   June 2, 2008
Great Book. I am on WW and this has really been a wonderful tool to keep me on the right path.

5 out of 5 stars Perfect for Weight Watchers   June 2, 2008

I bought two copies for myself and a fellow Weight Watcher (W) who was having a birthday the same week as me. Well, guess what she bought me for my birthday? We ended up with 4 books between the two of us! Great minds think a like... this is a must for any WW. I was surprised at the negative reviews. I've lost over 100 lbs on WW and find the recipes perfectly complement my WW diet... low fat, high fiber, tasty and fun. Nothing will taste like McDonald's... but then again, nothing will kill you like their food can either. I've enjoyed every recipe I've tried. If you tend to eat healthy, this book will increase your variety without increasing your waist size.

4 out of 5 stars Great cookbook   June 2, 2008

This is a great cookbook with easy to prepare healthy dishes. I've already tried a few recipes and have many more that I want to try. I've even tried the pumpkin in the brownies desert and my kids couldn't even tell! The only thing I don't like is the shirataki noodles that I've tried a few times and just can't get past the rubbery texture--though I really wish I did like the noodles so I could enjoy the less than 100 calorie version of hungry girl alfredo. I've tried crushed fiber one as a coating for chicken and it was great.

5 out of 5 stars No longer hungry girl   June 2, 2008
This book has so many incredible recipes and it is such fun to read. If you are a fan of the [...] website you'll recognize the format. The book doesn't disappoint.
