Delicious, guilt-free easy recipes June 4, 2008 This book is excellent. The recipes are easy to do, delicious and very satisfying. I've shared some of the recipes with family members who are horrified by the word diet and their comments were just positive. Another interesting thing is that you can go to the internet site and find pictures of the recipes and another interesting thing is that many of the recipes are for one person so it's quick to prepare and no leftovers. I really enjoy this book and recommend it!!! Hungry Girl Rocks!
Healthy Living Made Easy June 4, 2008 I love this book. I do exactly the same type of dieting lifestyle as the author, always watching calories and fat, etc. However, some of the recipes can cut more calories with simple substitutions and still be full of flavor. Also, I love that there are nutrition facts with every entry.
Great recipes! June 4, 2008 Recipes are varied and seem to cover all the bases! Thrilled to see the nutrional data included so that Weight Watchers' folks can calculate Points Values!
Dieters Attention!! June 3, 2008
For all of us who try to lose a few pounds or a lot of weight from time to time, this is a great book to help you over the rough times when you want something tasty to fulfill that emotional need in the head or emptiness in the tum. The recipes in this book are easy and delicious. I would recommend this to anyone.
not so original June 3, 2008 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This cookbook is handy, but it seems like alot of common sense. For example, use low fat or fat free ingredients. But there are some good tips! I have yet to cook anything from the book(I have owned the book for a few weeks) because nothing has jumped out at me. But, I look forward to trying to cook some of the food soon!
