5 out of 5 stars Georgia Cooking in Oklahoma Kitchen   May 15, 2008

This has very good, easy recipes for the southern cook. You may not like it if this type of food is not your favorite. Personally, I think it is a good book, well thought out and designed.

Great cookbook! Recipes just like my mom used to make and the girl can sing too!

5 out of 5 stars Like a mini-bio.   May 13, 2008

I read cookbooks like others read novels. This is like a mini-biography and fun to read plus filled with great recipes. This book more than
"normalizes" two GREAT stars.

This is a wonderful cookbook. Especially good for someone who is not confident in their ability as a cook.

I thought this was overall a pretty good cookbook. Most of the recipes were simple and down-to-earth. Being a Georgia girl myself, I could
relate to this type of food. I also enjoyed all the pictures. This is
a cookbook worth taking a chance on!
