Our principal raw material is fruit puree, which is prepared by washing the ripe fruit, heating if necessary to soften it, homogenizing it and then screening out seeds and stems. All of our ingredients have been heat treated to kill harmful bacteria. The fruit is usually concentrated to a standard Brix (fruit sugar) value and either heat-packed or frozen.

My family just loves this apricot fruit leather. They are very hard to find and we love that they are available on Amazon!

This fruit leather is just tart enough to taste like the apricots that were pressed, along with other fruits, into this delightful, leathery snack. These really satisfy your sweet tooth, and you can eat them happily without feeling pangs of guilt. Also, they have calculated, for diabetics, the sugar level for people with blood sugar issues. This is great and I [sincerely] hope that they don't change their recipe. It's been great for [at least] 20 years.....I remember eating this, when I was a little kid.
