You know its good when you can actually feel it. This is not like taking vitamins, my friends. If you found this product through recommendations, then it is probably because your friend also felt it! Its the real deal. Pricey yes, but do what I do, take it when you really need a boost ie... lack of sleep and need your A game or really really hungover..

This was recommended by my sister who is a head nurse at a Detroit area hospital. She has been is 2 car accidents and has difficulty moving her neck. She says Monavie Active Acai Juice is good for inflammation of the joints. Most information I've heard on Monavie has been by word of mouth. This product has not received much scientific endorsement simply because there has been little research done so far on Monavie. The first to do any research is the University of Florida (2006) where they found it to actually kill leukemia cells in mice. See the Published Study at www.pubmed.gov Search for "acai". This in itself make it's claim as a super food true. For me, after 4 bottles I noticed very little difference in my health, probably because I'm in good health already. Also, terribly expensive by my budget at $30 a bottle.
