I used this last night to make of all things a fried bologna sandwich. It really is a lot different than a typical spatula -- very thin and a very exacting instrument. Well worth the price paid. My only regret is that it's made in China which its advertisement did not mention.

As in my review of the flat sister turner, this is a beautiful piece that works great, I do not use it as much as the flat one but when I have something cooking that needs to drain a bit I pick this one. Love it.

Well... It's very shiny! And it seems not to have broken upon shipping? Probably make sense to actually TRY it before reviewing the damn thing? Huh?

I really love this turner. It is slightly tapered at the end so there is more of an edge for getting under food. It gets under the most annoyingly flat foods wonderfully for me and flips them without a problem. It is great with fish as well. Great purchase.
