 cadillac of springform pans! January 2, 2009
I love this pan would recommend to anyone. Compared to other pans this one is durable, sturdy, high quality, heavy and you pay for what you get and this is worth every penny! I will never buy another pan. It is difficult to remove cheesecake from bottom BUT this really is a scratch resistant bottom so i've cut my cakes right on it with no problems!

I bought this pan to use with my new "Junior's Cheesecake
Cookbook" and I'm so glad I did. This is a very well-made
non-stick springform pan which has a unique design that
prevents it from warping and leaking. The cheesecake
turned out just like the picture in the book - perfect!
It's an expensive pan, but quality doesn't come cheap;
it should last a lifetime. This is a "must have" pan
for cheesecake and I highly recommend it.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister in-law. She loves it and says it makes a perfect cheesecake, no leaking and evenly baked.

This is not recommended for dishwasher. Good shape and easy to extract cheesecakes.
