Amazon.com Review Created by Helen's Asian Kitchen in collaboration with Helen Chen, this offset turner offers versatile function in appealing, traditional material. Crafted from bamboo, which is more renewable, harder, and lighter than wood, the piece features an offset handle for better leverage and access to pan-cooked foods. Safe on nonstick cookware and at high heats, the turner is a lovely color, resulting from a burnishing of the bamboo. It measures 12 inches long and is safe in the dishwasher. --Emily Bedard

love it, love it, love it May 14, 2008 This little thing has so many uses, I'm finding that I'm constantly using it. It's lightweight and rigid, and I use it as a spatula, stirring spoon, or deglazing scraper. I stick it in the dishwasher without a problem, and -thankfully- I can't melt it like I have with many other utensils. Good Stuff!
Real Quality, Real Deal March 18, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I'm telling you, this spatula will give you the most bang for your buck than any other utensil on the market. If you've been breaking up hamburger with a wooden spoon, wait until you try this little jewel! It actually makes frying burger fun. It has many other uses (use your imagination). It's strong, cleans up easily and looks like you payed big bucks for it. At a time when the cost of a product doesn't mean better, I'm heartened to find a good product at a decent price.

Works great I'm going to buy more of them for spare and to give to others.
Best replacement for nylon spatula December 26, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I love this turner, it's very thin but sturdy. I replaced my melted nylon spatula with this and it works perfect! I have quite a few silicon spatulas but they either too flexible or too thick for the "spatula job" and this tool is just great! Highly recommended! And the price is very good too.
