Nonabsorbent, nonporous, and dishwasher-safe, these three poly cutting boards are ideal for kitchen prep work. The paddle-shaped board has a flat side for prep work or slicing and serving bread and a side with a channel to catch juices when carving meat or poultry. Because the set consists of large, medium, and small boards, most cutting and carving needs are satisfied. The large board measures 14-1/4 by 10-3/4 inches, the medium is 10 by 8 inches, and the small measures 7 by 9-1/4 inches. All three are 1/2-inch thick, have textured surfaces to reduce slipperiness, and include handholds that double as hanging holes. The boards contain Microban, an antimicrobial agent that inhibits the growth of bacteria that can cause odors and stains in the boards themselves. However, the agent does not protect against food-borne bacteria so the boards need regular cleaning for proper sanitation. --Fred Brack

 Great value poly cutting boards December 25, 2008
This set of 3 poly boards is a good addition to any kitchen, especially if you are just starting out. By buying this set, you'll be able to chop several things at once without having to wash as much in between.
Unlike wood boards, these are safer for cutting meats. Additionally, they are dishwasher safe so are easy to clean.
The paddle board has a channel to catch liquid to keep down the mess which is nice.
I use these boards almost every day and they seem to be sturdy and will last for a very long time.

This is a great basic set of cutting boards for anyone looking for it. The large board is great for chopping vegetables and having extra space; and the other two are great for taking up little space and using to chop/slice smaller ingredients. This material is better than wood because raw meat juices do not seep into it and thus risking cross contamination. They are also very durable.

These cutting boards make a great set. Seem durable, easy to clean and dishwasher safe, good sizes to work with (so easy to store), and a great bargain.
Good all purpose cutting boards September 13, 2008
I'm known to have 4-5 cutting boards available for use in my kitchen. There are too many problems with cross contamination not to have several ready for use. I like the three different sizes and the paddle board style of one too. I recommend these, not only are they a great price they're from a well know company too.

i was skeptical buying these boards because of the cheap price but i've chopped and pounded away on them and they work just fine. the color so far has also stayed bright white.
