Manual Juicer October 24, 2008
There's nothing better than the old school. What worked for my mother and grandmother works for me. That juicer is great. It does the job and, it's a snap to clean. I should have bought it years ago. Also the OXO name is a name you can trust for the best kitchen utensils.
The best lemon reamer on the market September 30, 2008
I purchased a wooden reamer years ago and still use it every day. I purchased this one for a relative and he loves it.
I think it's better (the wooden ones) than all others. Love it and recommend it to all foodies.

Chunkier style than most reamers (it's an Oxo), but works great.
Larger head makes quick work of lemons and limes; fat handle seems to lessen hand strain (after, say, a dozen lemons).
Stands up to dishwasher much better than cheaper wooden (or 2-pc plastic) reamers.

I debated on what type of juicer or reamer to get and I realized upon reading other reviews that this was the correct one. I thought a metal one would be better for sanitary and durability reasons, but the wooden one is shaped better than any metal ones I've seen. The sharpness of the wooden edges works really well to juice lemons and limes. I can't compare it a metal one because I never purchased one, but I'm pretty sure I made the right choice because it works perfectly.

A fabulous reamer. Incredibly easy to use with little effort. Gets all the juice out of your limes or lemons in a matter of seconds! A must have for your kitchen.
