we love it! January 7, 2009 It actual chops ice to almost snow. we love it and will never get another brand again.
I love my blender! January 6, 2009 This blender works much better than any other blender I've previously owned. It actually chops the ice quickly and precisely. I love the color!
so far so good January 6, 2009 Haven't had it that long and have only used a couple of times so I can't really write a great review but so far so good! It worked good for making malts and thats about as far as we have gotten with it.
Best blender ever. January 6, 2009 First of all, the mess that had built up between the buttons of my old blender is a thing of the past. I can wipe this blender down and it will keep looking like new. The black die-cast metal is easy to keep clean, and the design looks great on my granite counter tops. This thing has some power too. It does a better job with smoothies and margaritas than the pro blenders they have in bars or Starbucks. Yeah, it's a bit pricey, but the KitchenAid mixer I bought 4 years ago still looks and runs like new, and I have no doubt that this blender will do the same.
Purrs like a kitten December 28, 2008 ..OK, well it does make a bit of noise (when I have guests in our spare room next to the kitchen, I have been known to take the blender into the bathroom to operate it in the mornings). And it does generate a smell of burned rubber -- just a hint -- while it's working. But this blender is a terrific addition to my household. We're now avid smoothie fans, and I'm saving money on lunches by making homemade soups in the blender. It's really easy to clean, too, which is important. And, it looks good. In sum, I couldn't be happier.
