just ordered this and i am very pleased. i am the only coffee drinker in the house and this makes the perfect one cup of coffee. i used to grind my own beans, messy filters etc. this simplifies the whole process. just make sure to test the sample pack coffees. i like mine really strong, so timothy bold midnight or expresso is perfect for my tastes. some others are much weaker.
 Noisy but fast September 2, 2008
For some reason, this makes a tremendous noise while brewing. But it doesn't last long, the coffee is good, it's very convenient and fast. I can live with the noise.

I absolutely love this coffee maker. It is so easy to use and the coffee is fantastic. I love good coffee, but cannot make good coffee, so I extremely delighted with this machine. I am purchasing a second machine for my office.

The company does not back their product. I am on my second one and I just shelfed it. It's loud and doesn't make a whole cup of coffee. I will never support this company agian. Very sad.

Item was great when first received. After a few months began having problems - not filling the cups properly. Now the pump appears to be malfunctioning as well. I have followed the directions on how to clean the machine and it has not helped. I have had this machine for about 8 months. I would have expected it to last longer considering the price.
