This pan might be ok if you are desperate to cook some eggs and all you had was a microwave and no stove. (Like maybe a college student living in a dorm.) Otherwise, don't waste your time. The omelets taste nothing like what you make on the stove. I threw mine away because I didn't want it taking up room in my cabinet.
