 LOVE these sheets! January 6, 2009
Some flannel sheets are heavenly and some are... sticky. These are heavenly. I read all the reviews and I am so glad I chose these.

I love these pinzon flannel sheets. They are just the right weight without being too heavy and they wash beautifully with no shrinkage or fading. I live in Florida and I use them all year long. My mattress is thick but NOT a pillow top and these sheets are generous on the corners so they don't slip off and the bed is very easy to make without tugging and pulling to make them fit. Very nice soft sheets. I have had other pinzon sheets of this weight for a year now and they are still soft and comfortable to sleep on. After a year of many washings a little fading and pilling has occurred but no more then you would expect from lots of use, they are still in good shape. These sheets are a great value and this set is beautiful as are the other colors they come in especially the black and white.
Just for reference I have a Queen size mattress that is aprox. 11'' thick and these sheets have corner seams that are 15'' long. They fit very generous on my mattress.

My wife is the flannel sheet fan, and I always dread the winter changing of the guard to our flannel sets. However, I have quickly become a convert--if only for this particular brand.
Upon placing the fitted sheet on our mattress (queen), I was pleasant surprised to see the sheet completed covered our thick pillow-top mattress and did not "creep" along the sides as one reaches the middle. Likewise, the flat sheet is plenty long.
The material is very soft, yet does give one the feel of sleeping in lumberjack's plaid, flannel shirt (as our other flannel sheets do). Obviously, this could change after subsequent washings, and I will update this review if it does.
Happy wife; happy husband--and it is very hard to satisfy the sleeping preferences of both (to which most can attest).

I picked up the King-size floral brick sheet set on sale for $19.99. I'm so impressed with the quality, for the incredibly low price. The Portuguese flannel is of a thick weave and is very soft once washed. I picked up a matching floral brick duvet cover and another sheet set, solid brick colour, and paid less than $60 for the whole bedding ensemble. These would have been an excellent purchase even at the regular price. Washed very well and no piling yet.

Got these sheets in two colors, so far we love them. Nice weight to the flannel, very very soft.
