This lemon loaf pan creates a gorgeous finished product with little effort. It is the size of a normal loaf pan so it is perfect for all your usual quick bread recipes, but the end result is so much more special because the pan molds the gorgeous lemon design onto the bottom (yes, serve the loaf bottom up.) Be sure to spray the pan throughly with a cooking spray that contains flour, like Bakers Joy. I spray thoroughly and then turn the pan upside down on a paper towel while I prepare the batter so the excess can drip out. The embossed design is deep and clear and the loafs I've made are a hit for bake sales and on a buffet table. Also, the pan makes a lovely housewarming or hostess gift for a friend who bakes.

I collect the Nordic Ware pans as I do a lot of baking and the NordicWare 58337 Platinum Collection Lemon Loaf pan is onne of my favorites. It makes perfect impressions on the cake, releases clean and washing it is a breeze.
