The simple design on this corkscrew will have you wondering why you didn't think of it first. The lower half of this wine tool slides over the top of a wine bottle and has padded rubber grips that prevent the bottle from slipping during opening. Next, poke the corkscrew into the top of the tool and start twisting it into your cork. When you feel resistance, simply give an upward tug and the cork will come free. When I opened the box I was skeptical of this corkscrew due to its light weight. But I was most pleasantly surprised when I tried it out. So simple to operate, takes minimal effort and the cork just slides out. I have gone through a lot of corkscrews and this is the easiest one to use I have tried.

Great cork puller that is very is easy to use. Never broken a cork after opening hundreds of bottles. The corkscrew consists of two components. The T-handle is used to wind the screw into the cork. The screw pulls the cork straight up into the yoke. The yoke bears on the top of the bottle. The side openings of the yoke make it real easy to remove the cork after winding the screw back out of it. This explanation might make it sound complicated, but it really is simple. I'm buying one of these for all my wine loving friends that struggle with one of the other types.
