The heavy, thick metal is excellent at retaining cold (or heat, if necessary), and can be placed in the freezer or fridge before use to get thoroughly cold. The oven-safe, durable metal will not crack, chip, or tarnish, but may not be used in a microwave or cleaned in a dishwasher. The wine chiller measures seven inches in height. Nambe was founded in 1951 in a village of the same name in scenic northern New Mexico.
