Makes the inaccesible accessible July 16, 1999 6 out of 6 found this review helpful
This is a great book. At least a dozen delicacies I wouldn't have tackled without a good roadmap are made approachable and delicious. It's witty and informative, too.
Delicious... April 6, 1999 Makes you want to go out and buy a bottle of Dom P and go get some beluga. Highly recommend it but the book will cost you a lot more than $10 to stock up on the ingredients!!
