Very good spanish-spanish dictionary March 14, 2008
Very compact in size, but with a lot of information. Good for beginners, but the letters are too small-tiny for 1st-3rd grade children(readers). It gives a sample sentence to help children comprehend the meaning of the word. Good book.

I first came across this dictionary whilst on a Spanish language course in Puebla, Mexico. I thought it would be great to use with my senior Spanish language students when studying Spanish text instead of a Spanish-English dictionary. They find using this dictionary quite a challenge but it is expanding their vocabulary and allows the class to continually use Spanish instead of code-switching to English. The students would like pictures to qualify the fifth star!
